The full SaloonERP does a lot: billing and invoices, the cash drawer, payroll, stock with batches and expiry dates, memberships and a long shelf of reports. For a three-chair salon that mostly needs its book in order, that is a lot of screens to ignore.
SaloonERP Lite is the bookings-first part of the system, at lite.saloonerp.com. It is built for owners who want the diary, the menu and the team handled properly, and want to be bookable on Saloonly, without running a back office they have not grown into yet.
What Lite does
- Today: what is on, who has arrived and what is next, at a glance.
- Bookings: the diary, plus taking a booking over the phone or adding a walk-in who is standing at the desk.
- Hours and slots: when each branch is open and how bookings are spaced.
- Services: your menu, with prices, how long each takes and a description customers see.
- Team: who takes bookings and which services each person does.
- Customers: everyone who has booked, with their visits.
- Products and orders: what you sell, and the orders that come in through Saloonly.
- Branches: open new locations, switch between them, and give each its own sign-in.
- Earnings and listing: what Saloonly has brought you, and how your page looks.
Walk-ins and phone bookings
A booking does not need a name. Someone walks in, you pick the service and a stylist or "anyone free", and they are marked as arrived. If they want to come back, add a phone number and they are a customer next time. A phone booking is the same form with a day and a time, in salon time, whatever time zone the phone in your hand thinks it is in.
More than one branch
Lite handles several locations. The owner switches between branches from the top of the menu and everything on screen follows. Each branch keeps its own diary, team and opening hours. The menu, products and customer list are shared, so a regular who visits both branches is one customer, not two.
Every branch can have its own sign-in for whoever runs it day to day. That person sees their branch and nothing else.
What stays in the full SaloonERP
Front-desk billing and invoices, the cash drawer and reconciliation, payroll and attendance, stock batches and expiry, memberships, gift cards and the full report suite. When you need them, it is the same account with more switched on. Your bookings, customers and menu are already there.
