Terms of service

The agreement between your salon and us. We have tried to keep it short and readable rather than long and defensive.

Last updated 20 August 2026

01The agreement

By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

If you do not agree, do not use the service — and tell us which clause is the problem, because we would rather fix it than lose you.

02What we provide

Access to SaloonERP for the plan you have paid for, including updates and fixes as they ship.

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. Our commitments and credits are set out in the service level agreement.

03Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure and do not share logins between staff — every user should have their own account so the audit trail means something.

Make sure you have the right to hold the customer data you enter, and tell your customers how it is used.

Do not use the service to break the law, send unsolicited marketing, or attempt to access another workspace's data.

04Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, per branch. Salons in Nepal are billed in Nepali rupees and salons in India in Indian rupees, unless agreed otherwise.

Changing plan is prorated and takes effect immediately. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.

We do not issue refunds for partial periods, but we also do not lock you into a contract — monthly means monthly.

05Your data stays yours

You own everything you put into SaloonERP. We claim no licence over it beyond what is needed to run the service for you.

Export is available on every plan at any time, with no export fee.

06Availability and changes

We deploy continuously. Changes that alter how you work are announced at least 14 days ahead by email and in the changelog.

We may occasionally need emergency maintenance. We will keep it short and tell you afterwards what happened.

07Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

08Ending the agreement

You can cancel any time from Settings. No phone call, no retention script.

We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms or fails to pay, after giving notice and a reasonable chance to fix it.

On termination you have 90 days to export before data is deleted.

09Governing law

SaloonERP is operated by Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd., registered in India and in Nepal. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your salon is registered — India or Nepal — and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
