Cookie policy

We set four cookies. None of them are for advertising, and we do not run third-party trackers on the app.

Last updated 20 August 2026

01What a cookie is here

A small piece of data your browser stores for us. We use them to keep you signed in and to remember a couple of preferences — not to follow you around the internet.

02Essential cookies

se_rt — your refresh token. httpOnly and SameSite, so JavaScript cannot read it. This is what keeps you signed in between visits. Expires after 30 days.

se_tenant — remembers which workspace you last signed into so the login page can pre-fill it. Expires after 90 days.

These cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.

03Preference cookies

se_branch — the branch you were last working in, so the dashboard opens where you left it.

se_density — whether you prefer compact or comfortable table rows.

Clearing these only means the app forgets a preference.

04What we do not use

No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking pixels. No session recording of your staff working.

The marketing site uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that records page views without identifying individuals.

05Third parties

Embedded content, such as a demo video, may set its own cookies when you press play. We do not load it until you interact with it.

Payment provider pages you are redirected to have their own cookie policies.

06Managing cookies

Every browser lets you view and delete cookies, usually under Privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent you signing back in.

07Changes

If we add a cookie, this page changes first and the date at the top updates. Any non-essential addition will ask for consent before being set.
