Who it is for

Three shapes of salon

The same product, but the part that earns its keep is different for each. Here is which one you probably are, and what would change first.

Fit

Which one is you

The single chair · One operator, one diary

Stop running the day out of a notebook

The queue, the ticket and the bill in one place, so the takings at close are a number rather than an estimate. Nothing to configure that you do not use.

What changes first

A counted close instead of a guessed one

Starter plan · Rs 2,500/month

The established salon · Five to twenty-five staff

Find out which service and which stylist actually pay

Commission sits on the person and the service, so payout is a lookup rather than an evening. Products go on the same ticket as the treatment, which is the only reliable way they get sold.

What changes first

Margin per service, not just revenue

Growth plan · Rs 6,000/month

The group · Three or more locations

One honest number instead of three arguments

Each branch keeps its own drawer, stock and roster. Reports read per branch or consolidated, from the same rows, so the two can never disagree.

What changes first

A consolidated close that reconciles

Chain plan · Rs 15,000/month

Honestly

Where we are

SaloonERP is new. We have no case studies to show you and we are not going to manufacture any — a product that invents its customers is telling you something about how it will treat your numbers.

What we do have is a demo workspace with a full year of realistic data in it, and people who will explain exactly how any figure on any screen is calculated. Judge it on that.

Questions

About switching

Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. SaloonERP is new and we would rather tell you that than introduce you to a reference we invented. What we can do is give you a working demo salon with real data in it, and answer anything about how a specific number is calculated.

See whether your numbers agree with your instincts.

Open the demo salon, or ask us anything about how a figure is worked out.
